Our Curriculum
We have certain core fields within our curriculum which we believe are essential to learn for a young individual looking to build a career in BFSI. These aspects of learning are fungible across several JD requirements. Additionally, we intend to incorporate feedback received from our recruiting partners on key skills that they are hoping to have in their prospective employees. Feedback on skills and curriculum from recruiting partners is aggregated and bucketed into requisites and good to have from a training focus perspective to ensure wider impact. Training is tailed with sessions on soft skills, office etiquettes and professionalism.
