How Our Process Work
We approach companies to understand their staffing requirements. Specific industry relevant educational material is prepared keeping in mind the knowledge requirements. We are open to a company nominating their staff to train and assist in preparation of educational material. Once we have the teaching material and faculty in place, we approach academia to train a pool of students across campuses. Given that we work with several campuses ensures that a pool of students get created for the opportunities that are foreseen. Companies can later select students from this skill enhanced pool for the specific roles as was discussed with us in the previous stage. While we are trying to act as a catalyst in the recruitment process, we are solving for immediate needs and refinement.
