About Us

We are a new business catering to fulfilling the knowledge gap for early/young professionals to potentially have a positive and direct impact as soon as these young professionals join an organisation. We intend to achieve this by liaising with companies to understand their staffing requirements and by training and preparing a pool of young professionals for them to pick from basis fitment. Our selection/training is role specific and is delivered by practitioners which allows a share of direct experience and industry anecdotes. Young professionals trained under us can differentiate between theory and practice by better understanding application.

At the core of the company, we provide upskilling young students and professionals to measure up to the expected and aspirational roles. By working with the recruiters, we formalize the study program which accomplishes the skills required. Post training, we provide placements at the companies which helped shape the curriculum and pedagogy.
