Everything Campus Aggregator sells is delivered online. There is no physical despatch, no courier and no delivery charge. Course material is read inside Campus Aggregator Connect at https://lmsca.campusaggregator.in.
Paid online: access is granted immediately, usually within a minute of the payment succeeding. The course appears on your dashboard and you can begin at once.
Paid by bank transfer or arranged with our team: access is granted once the payment is confirmed, within 48 working hours.
A receipt is emailed to your registered address, and both the invoice and the receipt stay available in your account under My documents.
Every course states its validity period on the course page before you buy. Access begins when it is granted and ends when that period ends. The remaining validity is shown on your dashboard throughout.
Where a course carries a certificate, it is issued in your name once you complete the programme, and can be downloaded from your account. There is no separate despatch.
An institution or employer buying seats receives them in its own portal and allocates them to named learners. Each learner is notified by email when a seat is allocated, and access begins at that moment.
If a payment succeeded and the course has not appeared within an hour, write to team@campusaggregator.in or call +91 90040 32514 with your payment reference. We will either release the access or refund you in full — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The platform is available around the clock. Our team answers on working days, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.
