Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 27 September 2026 · This policy applies to every purchase made on campusaggregator.in and Campus Aggregator Connect.

1. What you are buying

Our courses are digital. When a payment succeeds, the course is released to your account immediately and you can begin reading it at once. That is why the position below turns on whether you have started the course, not on how long ago you paid.

2. When we refund in full

We refund the whole amount, without question, in these situations:

• You were charged twice for the same course or order.
• Money was taken but access was not given — the payment succeeded and the course did not appear in your account.
• You were charged the wrong amount.
• We cancelled or withdrew the course before you could complete it.
• You were charged for something you did not order.

In these cases you do not need to ask twice and there is no time limit beyond what your bank allows. Write to team@campusaggregator.in with the payment reference and we will put it right.

4. When we do not refund

• You have started the course — opened any hour, or attempted any quiz.
• More than 7 days have passed since payment.
• Your access period has ended, or is close to ending, because you did not use it.
• You did not pass an assessment, a mock examination, or an external certification examination that a course prepares you for.
• You did not receive a job, an interview or an introduction. Our Terms make clear that none of these is promised.
• Your access was withdrawn for sharing content or for misconduct in an assessment.
• Certificate issuance fees and external examination fees paid to a third party. Those bodies' own refund rules apply to them.

5. Purchases made by a college or a company

Where an institution or employer bought the access, any refund is settled with that organisation and not with the individual learner, in line with the agreement we hold with them. Seats that have not been allocated to any learner may be cancelled by the organisation within 7 days of purchase.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email team@campusaggregator.in from the address registered on your account, with:

• the course name,
• the payment reference or the receipt number, and
• why you are asking.

7. How long it takes

• We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
• We decide and tell you within 7 working days.
• An approved refund is sent back to the original payment method and is usually credited within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account or wallet.

8. Cancelling before payment

An item in your cart, or a request awaiting approval, can be removed at any time before payment at no cost.

9. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, write to shreekant@campusaggregator.in. Please raise it with us before asking your bank to reverse the payment — a chargeback raised without contacting us suspends the account while the bank investigates, which helps nobody.
