1. Who is responsible for your data

Campus Aggregator, WeWork Lightbridge, Saki Vihar Road, Tunga Village, Powai, Mumbai 400072, Maharashtra, India, decides how and why your personal data is used. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights in section 9, write to team@campusaggregator.in.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Name, email address and mobile number when you register.
Your college or employer, and your course or year, where you tell us.
Anything you write in an enquiry form, a support message or your profile.
A photograph, if you choose to add one to your profile.

Information created as you learn

Which hours you have opened, how far through a course you are, and when.
Quiz and mock-examination attempts, answers and scores.
Responses to personality and aptitude assessments, and the profile produced from them.
Answers given in an AI practice interview, and the feedback generated from them.
Certificates issued to you.

Webcam images from proctored quizzes

Quizzes on this platform are proctored. When you begin a quiz you are asked for camera permission, and still photographs are captured at intervals during the attempt. A quiz cannot be taken without granting camera access.

These images are used only to confirm that the person taking the assessment is the person enrolled. They are visible to our academic administrators and, where an institution sponsored your seat, to that institution. They are not used for facial recognition, are not sold, and are not shared for advertising. They are retained as an integrity record for as long as the result they belong to is valid.

Device information

Course content is released to one registered computer per account. To do that we store a technical identifier for the device you first open the content on, along with your browser and operating-system type. We use this only to enforce that restriction and to help you when you ask for a device reset.

Payment information

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials and similar details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never received or stored by us. We keep the payment reference, the amount, the method used (for example “UPI” or “card”), the status, and the invoice and receipt raised against it.

Technical information

Our servers record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, as almost all web servers do. Cookies keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies so we can see how many people visit and which pages they read. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build advertising profiles.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service — create your account, release course content, run and mark assessments, issue certificates.
To take payment — process your order and raise the invoice and receipt the law requires us to keep.
To protect assessment integrity — proctoring images, and the one-device restriction.
To support you — answer your questions, reset a device, recover an account.
To tell you about your own learning — progress reminders and course announcements. You can ask us to stop these at any time.
To improve the platform — aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

4. Who we share it with

Razorpay, our payment partner, for the purpose of taking payment.
Your sponsoring institution or employer, if a college or company bought your access: they can see your progress, your scores and your proctoring record for the seats they paid for.
Employers you apply to — only the details you choose to share when you apply through our jobs board or ask to be introduced.
Service providers who run parts of the platform for us: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google — whose Gemini service generates report summaries and assessment feedback from the text we send it, and whose Analytics service measures visits to this website.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Where your data is held

Our platform runs on servers in India. Some service providers named above may process data outside India; where they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

Account and learning records — while your account is open, and for as long as your certificate may need to be verified.
Proctoring images — as long as the result they support remains valid.
Invoices, receipts and payment records — for the period Indian tax law requires them to be retained.
Enquiries — up to three years from your last contact with us.

7. How we protect it

The site and platform are served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Administrative access is restricted to named staff accounts. We do not hold card data at all.

8. Age

The platform is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal data — including proctoring images — from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has registered, write to team@campusaggregator.in. We will close the account and delete the data we hold for it.

9. Your choices and rights

See your data — ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
Correct it — most details can be edited in your profile; write to us for the rest.
Delete it — ask us to close your account and erase your data, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices) or which an institution that paid for your seat is entitled to.
Stop emails — ask us to stop non-essential messages. Messages about a purchase, an account or an assessment will still be sent.
Withdraw proctoring consent — you may, but proctored quizzes cannot then be taken, and results that depend on them cannot be issued.

Write to team@campusaggregator.in and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Grievance officer

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data or a complaint about it, contact our grievance officer at shreekant@campusaggregator.in, or write to us at WeWork Lightbridge, Saki Vihar Road, Tunga Village, Powai, Mumbai 400072, Maharashtra, India. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve the matter within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Material changes are notified to registered users by email.
